It is from Gerbicho Lela Cooperative, Roasted using a different technique during initial dry phase of roasting. This was an accidental roast during our R&D, ended up to be the best roasting profile just for this origin ! It can make a well balanced and flavorful espresso also great for regular brew and immerse brew.
One how is very new to espresso can definitely have a shot with no milk added to it.
