Jorge Mendez, Person behind the coffee blossom honey project which was started in Huehuetenango. Jorge was the first person to come up with this innovative idea on keeping bees on the coffee farm, He shared his working idea with other neighbor farmers, now he has a team of farmers producing some amazing quality honey on the farms.
