Don Oswal is originally an El Salvadoran origin, his grandparents decided to migrate to Honduras due to the civil war in the 70s. He has been a coffee producer for 25 years along with his brothers, his farm is located between 1,300 and 2,000 meters above sea level, the coffee is grown under the shade trees of Guamá (exotic fruit) and orange trees. The coffee produced on his farm showcases some of the complex flavors of these fruit trees and give a unique experience. He also grows basic grains (corn and beans) for his own consumption and raises horses, goats and chickens on his farm to establish a complete eco system.
100% of his time is dedicated to these activities to ensure highest quality in all he produce.
His Coffee is produced in one of the toughest terrains in Honduras.
